There was a tiny part involving a character named Royce that made me cringe and immediate hate him though. Even though it is a pretty short book – only pages – I did not feel as though it was skimpy. I only managed to get to the halfway mark before giving up because I wanted to hit all of the characters. Thank the gods of promotional giveaways I didn’t pay for this. Even the secondary characters are fairly well drawn out for such a short book. Having inherited a love for the written word, she soon started writing beoaulf own novels.
